  • Ceybon Chill AF, Happy AF, and Bright AF use non-psychedelic reishi mushrooms and indigenous bitter botanicals that taste and feel better than alcohol.
  • Created by a master herbalist and Doctor of Chinese medicine, Ceybon AF delivers a gentle plant buzz, mental clarity, and digestive support with each sip.
  • Several San Francisco Hotels and the Moscone Convention Center are adding Ceybon AF to their wellness-inspired happy hour menus.

San Francisco, California, May 23, 2024, Ceybon AF, a women-owned premium, non-alcoholic wellness lifestyle company, is on a mission to put our wellness at the center of happy hour with the launch of Ceybon Chill AF, Happy AF and Bright AF. These mushroom-infused adaptogenic, non-alcoholic aperitifs are crafted by Dr. Giulietta Octavio, DACM, to taste better than alcohol, give a gentle plant buzz and are good for us and the planet. San Francisco's luxury hotels like the 1 Hotel San Francisco, Hotel Emblem, private social clubs like SHACK15 and the Moscone Convention Center have added Ceybon AF to their wellness cocktail menus. It has recently partnered with Revel Wines, the California-based biodynamic distributor, as its exclusive non-alcoholic aperitif offering.

Made in a local third-generation Napa winery free of pesticides, each aperitif celebrates the Napa terroir. An artisanal blend of wildcrafted functional reishi mushrooms, damiana, which creates the euphoric feeling, chaparral bush, and other botanicals, create the mouth burn, viscosity, and bitterness associated with a great-tasting cocktail. The aperitifs are gluten-free, have only 25 calories per serving, and have 6g of sugar from low-glycemic agave syrup, minimizing the impact on blood sugar levels for sensitive individuals and diabetics.

"Ceybon AF is on a mission to flip the script on how we drink and socialize, "says Dr. Giulietta Octavio, founder of Ceybon AF and integrative Chinese medicine doctor, entheogenic clinical herbalist and plant-based product developer. "We deserve to have great-tasting non-alcoholic cocktails that make us feel relaxed and help us transition into a more playful social state.  Our aperitif addresses all the reasons you want to drink alcohol but in a healthier and more sustainable way. We are thrilled to give health-conscious consumers and the restaurant and hotel industry a great tasting aperitif alternative."

"Ceybon AF aperitifs are the perfect drink to serve at your next happy hour," said Susana Muñoz, SMZ Consulting. Moscone Convention Center." Guests love having an alternative that elevates their event experience. Dr. Giulietta Octavio's knowledge of organic, plant-based, alcohol-free alternatives is vast, and her passion is unparalleled. "

Ceybon AF's new collection of aperitifs uses non-psychedelic mushrooms and adaptogenic botanicals to help individuals experience clarity and calmness, bridging the gap between the drinks we celebrate with and health-conscious choices.

  • Ceybon Bright AF is a Moscow mule-inspired beverage. Its blend of wild-crafted adaptogens, nervines, and nootropics, including reishi, cinchona, ginger, and lemon, creates a crisp, light, and spicy drink that leaves you energized, clear, and focused.
  • Ceybon Happy AF has an intense and smoky mezcal-inspired flavor. It is made with wildcrafted, sustainably cultivated chaparral and white sage extracts and blended with mushrooms, adaptogens, nervines, and nootropics to lift your mood.
  • Ceybon Chill AF is the perfect after-work wellness cocktail without the headaches. Sustainably sourced cucumber, mint, juniper, mushrooms, adaptogens, nervines, and nootropics are combined to refresh, hydrate, and help you find your inner calm.

Ceybon AF cocktails are served chilled, neat, or spritzed over ice in a 3-5 oz. pour with your choice of garnish in either a rocks or wine glass. They are best enjoyed before a meal to stimulate the appetite. Ceybon AF aperitifs are perfect for the regular wine drinker on a school night, for someone who doesn't drink or for someone who wants a wellness drink that actually tastes like a real cocktail. It is also a great addition to the non-alcoholic cocktail menu of restaurants, bars and hotels.
