San Francisco, California - May 24, 2024 - Ceybon AF, a women-owned premium, non-alcoholic wellness lifestyle company, is launching its collection of three sustainably sourced, adaptogenic, non-alcoholic mushroom-infused aperitifs, Chill AF, Happy AF and Bright AF at the 2024 Summer Fancy Food Show. Each aperitif celebrates the Napa terroir and is crafted by master herbalist, entheogenic and Chinese medicine Dr. Giulietta Octavio. These wellness cocktails taste better than alcohol, give a gentle plant buzz and are good for us and the planet. San Francisco's luxury hotels like the 1 Hotel San Francisco, Hotel Emblem and the Moscone Center have added Ceybon AF to their wellness cocktail menus. It has also recently partnered with California-based Revel Wines distributor as its exclusive non-alcoholic aperitif offering. 

Made in a local third-generation Napa winery free of pesticides, each aperitif celebrates the Napa terroir. An artisanal blend of wildcrafted functional reishi mushrooms, damiana, which creates a euphoric feeling, chaparral bush, and other botanicals, creates the mouth burn, viscosity, and bitterness associated with a great-tasting cocktail. The aperitifs are gluten-free, have only 25 calories per serving, and have 6g of sugar from low-glycemic agave syrup, minimizing the impact on blood sugar levels for sensitive individuals and diabetics.  Ceybon AF will showcase the mezcal-inspired Happy AF, the Pimm’s cup-like Chill AF, and the zesty Moscow mule Bright AF in the CPG StartUp Pavilion Booth ##4609A.

The 2024 Summer Fancy Food Show attracts thousands of diverse makers, buyers, brokers, distributors, and industry professionals from across the U.S. and the globe for three days of delicious product discovery, networking, and business opportunities.
