A Healthy Daily Routine
It's important to remember that along with drinking a calming herbal drink, there are many other daily rituals you can incorporate that can increase your overall chill.
Here are some quick daily routine pointers that can hopefully increase calm overtime:

- Make sure your breakfast is packed with proteins and fats to give you calm, sustained energy for the whole day
